What happens when your resist thread runs out? You go find another the same size and tie a knot and keep going. I am convinced that you can take just about any draft with it's treadling you can turn it into a woven shibori textile. And if your floats are not long enough to give you a very noticeable pattern, well then............ just tweek the tie-up.
