Ta Da - cutting off

A major event: cutting off



And now there is the securing the ends, washing, and then the all important...... sewing the center seam!
Wish me luck, because if my center seam doesn't match, I will sew it anyway.

Always lessons to be learned along the way.

    oohh so pretty! im sure even if you dont think it matches perfectly nobody else will notice. we are always our own worst critics.cant wait to see it!

    Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Will you be matching the green pattern on the center seam - the way Helen Jarvis demos in her overshot coverlet book?

    I am 'going to try' to match the center seam per Helen Jarvis... I know how I think it should be done. Now to see if it works. ;-)
